Throughout the UPJ region, congregations are offering either virtual or in-person services for the High Holy Days. They have generously provided this information, as well as instructions on how to register and learn more, in the table below. Please note that due to the difficult circumstances and uncertainty caused by the pandemic, not all UPJ congregations have provided information yet; we will update this list as more information becomes available.
|Congregation||High Holy Days
|ACT Progressive Congregation
|Our High Holy Days services will be on Zoom. All members of the ACT Jewish Community, as well as our extended families and friends from throughout the region, are warmly invited.

|North Shore Temple Emanuel
|Through our High Holy Days Together@Home services, North Shore Temple Emanuel is committed to creating an inclusive, engaging and uplifting worship experience. Our services will livestream prayers and music from the sanctuary, honours from home, and creative features designed to draw everyone into the spirit of the yamim noraim from home.||Go to High Holy Days 5782 - North Shore Temple Emanuel (nste.org.au)

|We are (at this point anyway) holding the normal in person services and live-streaming some on our Facebook page.||This is an open group page:
|Beit Shalom Synagogue
|Beit Shalom Synagogue is hoping to offer in-person services for the High Holy Days, if circumstances allow. However, we have limited capacity and so bookings are essential. Services will be available on Zoom regardless of whether we are able to meet in-person or are moved entirely online.||Please email the office to receive the Zoom link for our services:
|Etz Chayim Progressive Synagogue
|Etz Chayim is offering virtual services for the entirety of the Yamim Noraim. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not expect to run face-to-face services. We are offering live and interactive Zoom services, as well as live streaming on YouTube for all of our adult services.||
Our Family services will be pre-recorded
Members of UPJ communities will have free access (but a donation would be lovely!); non-members will have a fee attached. Once you have registered, Zoom details will be emailed a few days prior to the High Holy Days.
|Kehillat S'dot Zahav
An on-line Shabbat Shuvah service will be held on Saturday 11 September, from 1.00pm to 4.30pm, with breaks. Dr David Kram will lead the service. There is no charge. Please note that this is not an interfaith event, although there is no bar to non-Jewish participation. In 2020 this event proved popular enough for KSZ to organise a repeat. The essential feature is the incorporation of 19 eclectic video clips, including items from cantors in USA and France, Israeli rock groups and a Kaddish sung by Holocaust survivors. The first part of the presentation contains essential elements of the Shabbat service, with sections looking back to Rosh Hashanah and forward to Yom Kippur. The second part is a précis of the Yom Kippur afternoon, Yizkor and Ne'ilah services, encouraging participants to do further research and reading. KSZ acknowledges the publishers of Mishkan T’filah, Mishkan T’shuvah and Gates of Repentance.
Join Zoom Meeting. Please ensure that your name appears on your zoom screen. You are encouraged to use your video. Apart from socialising sections, all participants will be muted. The meeting will be recorded, but will not be made public. The chat section will be saved.

|Temple David is in the fortunate position of being able to have real services in our beautiful sanctuary, complete with Choir. There are no restrictions on numbers; we can even have our traditional Rosh HaShana lunch.||The downside to this Covid-free good fortune is that, despite valiant and persistent attempts, we could not get permission for Rabbi Esther Jilovsky to enter WA. She is still our HHD rabbi albeit in rather unusual circumstances, testing our ingenuity and technology. She is working closely with our lay leaders designing services, selecting readings, recording her sermons, and will run some Zoom study sessions.|
|We are planning to hold in-person HHD services.||Should the situation change, we will offer Zoom; TBC.|
|United Jewish Congregation
|We are holding in-person services as well as streaming on Youtube. We welcome non-members in Hong Kong and visitors (via livestream throughout the regions). Pre-registration is required.||To learn more and to register go to ujc.org.hk
|Jewish Religious Union
|Services for congregational members will be held on Whatsapp, with recordings of important prayers i.e. amida, Torah portions etc., which the congregants can listen to at the appropriate slots, The sermons are also recorded. This way each can read the prayers at their own pace.|
|United Hebrew Congregation
|With the change in Singapore COVID-19 regulations, we can now increase our High Holy Days services capacity to 150 in-person worshippers; Zoom is open to all, for a nominal fee.||Click on these links to learn more and register:
